Parker Hannifin’s Tube Fittings Manufacturing Division needed a faster way to gather and act on shop-floor data as it shifted from large OEM jobs to hundreds of smaller daily orders. Its legacy mainframe and manual, paper-driven processes made reporting slow and reactive, so the division turned to Progress Software, using Telerik DevCraft and Progress Services to build modern dashboards.

Progress Software developed five dashboards to track manufacturing, production control, engineering, quality, and operator activity, giving supervisors real-time visibility and clearer decision-making data. The result was faster action on production issues, a 20-minute reduction in data-gathering time per shift at two facilities, two hours saved daily, and productivity gains that nearly doubled in some cases.
