Progress Software, through its OpenEdge-based Bloodhound software from partner ROYDAN, streamlined Oliver Adjustment’s operations with automation, reporting, imaging, and compliance tools. The results were strong: productivity rose 30% and revenue 6% in the first six months, with year-over-year revenue growth of 6% and more than 24% growth in under five years; collectors also made 60% more calls and talked to 20% more people each week.
