Netcentric Computer Solutions, a digital service provider, was commissioned to extend Raiffeisen’s cross-platform mobile banking app so customers could easily access personalized local-bank information, chat, ATM finders, news, and more. The challenge was to combine content from Adobe Experience Manager and several other sources into a smooth experience for iOS and Android, and Netcentric chose Progress Software’s NativeScript to build on its Angular expertise.
Using Progress Software’s NativeScript, Netcentric unified data from five sources, standardized it in AEM, and delivered it back to the app as a native cross-platform solution. The project was completed in four months instead of the planned six, and the resulting app became a key part of Raiffeisen’s digital strategy, supporting personalized journeys across 255+ bank websites and apps while helping drive stronger lead generation.
