Good Done Great is a social enterprise that helps corporations and foundations organize charitable giving and CSR programs, but its original app platform, QuickBase, limited technical control, pricing predictability, and client-facing flexibility. The company needed a way to make philanthropy processes more measurable and effective, and turned to Progress Software’s Progress Pacific platform to support that mission.

Progress Software enabled Good Done Great to rebuild its applications in a private cloud, integrate them with its brand, and deliver customizable, web-based portals with multilingual support and regular updates. The result was a much better client experience, more manageable and predictable costs, and the ability to serve larger global organizations; Good Done Great said the move to Progress Pacific was “leaps-and-bounds better” and helped it win customers such as Gulfstream, TEDCO, Marriott, and Driscoll’s.
