Creative Safety Supply Keeps Industrial Customers Compliant with Progress

Creative Safety Supply, a provider of visual safety and compliance tools including SafetyTac and LabelTac, needed a faster, more intuitive way for industrial customers to create on-demand labels and signage that meet safety standards. Its older third-party labeling software was dated and didn’t support the streamlined, customer-centric experience the company wanted, especially as it competed with vendors offering in-house labeling solutions.

Progress Software, through Telerik UI for WPF and support from New Venture Software, helped Creative Safety Supply build a flexible new labeling application with robust barcode and interface controls. The result was about 50% faster development, an 18-month deployment, adoption by roughly 99% of LabelTac customers, and an 8–10% increase in sales, with projections for further growth.
