ASA Automotive Systems, a leading provider of software for tire dealers and auto repair shops, needed a scalable, easy-to-manage technology foundation to keep its TireMaster products innovative and responsive to changing customer needs. Its challenge was to support customers ranging from single locations to enterprise operations while maintaining high performance and simple administration.
Progress Software’s OpenEdge RDBMS became the backend for TireMaster Enterprise and TireMasterG4, enabling deployment on-premise, in SaaS, cloud, and mobile. The solution delivered major operational efficiency, with just two ASA professionals supporting 200 customers and thousands of users, while also providing real-time data protection, sub-second response times, and the flexibility to integrate new features and third-party applications.
