They partnered with Progress Software and its Sitefinity CMS to build a modern, secure portal that could integrate with their existing contracts, CRM, and a new Casting Call system.

Progress Software, with partner SilverTech, implemented a Sitefinity-powered portal featuring a modern user experience, personalized content, and role-based access. The solution seamlessly integrated with Azure hosting and the Casting Call application. This resulted in an improved experience for over 52,000 members, a streamlined process for searching and applying for auditions, and a significant drop in support requests, freeing staff to focus on strategic services.
