The Swindon and Wiltshire Local Enterprise Partnership (SWLEP) is a UK public–private partnership representing local councils and regional businesses and tasked with accelerating regional economic growth. SWLEP’s key challenge was fragmented, siloed data and disjointed communications that hindered understanding of business needs and effective audience engagement; the organisation needed a unified customer data and business intelligence platform.

Working with digital consultancy Rika, SWLEP selected Progress Sitefinity CMS (Online Marketing Edition) with Sitefinity Insight and integrated HubSpot and Google Data Studio to create a customer data command center. The solution simplified integrations, centralized content management, and enabled personalization and analytics, improving marketing targeting, increasing awareness and credibility among business leaders, and establishing the Growth Hub as a premier regional content hub while enabling persona-based campaigns and personalized landing pages.
