Haworth, a global leader in office furniture and workspaces, needed to launch a direct-to-consumer ecommerce channel while protecting its brand and handling extremely complex, build-to-order SKUs (one chair alone had thousands to millions of configurations). The project required mobile-ready visualization and tight integrations with existing systems including SAP, Adobe Scene7, Cumulus DAM and Avalara tax, without overwhelming customers or marketing teams.

Springthrough implemented Progress Sitefinity with Ecommerce, building a SKU-generation engine, Adobe Scene7-powered visualization (including an AR iPad app) and integrations to SAP, Avalara, Auth.NET and Cumulus. The site launched on time and on budget and drove strong business results: organic visits +438% (overall visits +378%, unique visitors +527%, page views +198%, mobile visits +850%), and it exceeded initial sales goals.
