Lincoln Interactive (the National Network of Digital Schools) provides a 280-course, pre-K–12 online curriculum used in over 200 schools, but its existing learning management system constrained its authoring model and slowed content updates across 28,000 pages, 2,600+ game instances and 260+ hours of video. The team needed a scalable, easy-to-use authoring platform that matched their workflow and let content authors focus on creating engaging, interactive learning experiences.

They built a custom authoring environment on Progress Sitefinity, adding 50+ widgets and integrations (AD, CRM, grade book) with an eight-person dev team in under a year.
