Beierholm Completely Redesigns Intranet with Sitefinity

Beierholm, a top-five accounting firm in Denmark, faced an aging intranet built in 1998 that delivered outdated information, poor navigation and a diminishing user experience. The firm needed a modern, flexible platform that could support new workflows, devices and rapid module development, so after evaluating options Beierholm selected Progress Sitefinity and partnered with Siili Solutions to rebuild the site.

Using Sitefinity, Beierholm launched a role‑based, color‑coded intranet that meets core goals—informing employees about legislation, serving as the main management communication channel, centralizing documents and promoting local events—while improving content editing and search (including one‑click calling). The new system is scalable and extensible, enabled faster onboarding after two acquisitions (300+ new hires) and now supports over 1,000 employees across 26 offices.
