With a small IT team and frequent, hard‑to‑diagnose user drop‑offs, IT Infrastructure & Support Manager Sunny Sandhu needed a simple, proactive way to monitor the entire estate and pinpoint failures quickly.

Putting WhatsUp Gold into active use gave Hamleys a single, easy‑to‑use dashboard (displayed on their monitor wall) to monitor a dozen-plus UK sites, set policies and alerts, and run trend analysis on historical metrics.
