Systematic, Denmark’s largest privately owned software and systems company with more than 900 employees and customers in 50 countries, needed to shift from annual software/documentation releases to a continuous development model with weekly releases. Their existing, secure distribution process was too labor-intensive and unscalable, and they required stronger automation, granular admin controls and robust security to meet public-sector and military data-protection requirements.

After evaluating several options, Systematic chose Ipswitch MOVEit Transfer and deployed servers in Denmark and the UK with partner Advanced Cyber Solutions. MOVEit provided the required security, permission segregation and auditability while automating distribution workflows—reducing a task that once took up to three days to about 20 minutes—consolidating file transfer tools, improving responsiveness to customers and delivering clear ROI.
