Monsoon Accessorize Streamlines Retail Order Processing from Marketplace to Warehouse with MOVEit®

Monsoon Accessorize, a UK-based women's fashion retailer selling to customers in 30 countries, faced growing complexity and security risks as orders poured in from multiple online marketplaces. Their legacy FTP processes were inconsistent across partners and unencrypted, making timely, secure routing of order and product-image files into warehouse systems a major operational bottleneck.

Working with Advanced Cyber Solutions, Monsoon implemented Progress MOVEit (Transfer and Automation) to securely receive, log and automatically route marketplace files into its warehouse workflows. MOVEit encrypted data in transit, centralized monitoring and logging, simplified maintenance and troubleshooting, and became a core part of Monsoon’s ecommerce stack — with plans to add high availability to maximize uptime.
