A Progress Case Study
The Hollybank Trust is a West Yorkshire charity that provides care, education and supported living for children and adults with profound disabilities. Rapid expansion across multiple sites (Barnsley, Halifax, Holmfirth, Mirfield and South Kirkby) increased the number of users and networked devices to support over 500 staff, while the IT function consisted of just two full-time Information Services staff; the Trust had no comprehensive network monitoring solution and needed faster, more proactive response to WAN, VPN and hardware issues.
