CSAM Health is a Nordic eHealth solutions provider headquartered in Oslo that delivers critical healthcare systems (blood management, oncology, imaging, emergency services and more) to hospitals and public agencies across Northern Europe. Because its platforms support national infrastructure and must remain available around the clock, CSAM must meet strict SLAs ( >99.8% availability) and monitor thousands of indicators — including more than 1,000 SNMP queries per minute — but found its legacy monitoring UI too slow and unresponsive.

CSAM trialed and migrated to WhatsUp Gold 2018 with support from partner Advanced Cyber Solutions, rebuilding customer-facing dashboards and reports while preserving critical application-queue checks. The result was a faster, more responsive interface with high throughput and customizable monitoring, plus high-level dashboards with drill-down detail — enabling CSAM to maintain its SLAs, improve incident responsiveness, and keep critical systems highly available.
