BHI Advanced Internet, founded in 1994, provides managed Internet services (email, colocation, hosting, server management) and experienced rapid growth that outpaced their existing monitoring capabilities. Using WhatsUp Gold with a SQL back end, BHI centralized monitoring across two NOCs and integrated alerts into their ticketing system to automate workflows and improve support.
