Bizmatics’ EHR platform PrognoCIS worked with Upstate Concierge Medicine and payment partner Integrity Payment Systems to solve a key barrier to telemedicine adoption: Upstate needed a secure, recurring monthly payment system to move away from fee‑for‑service billing and let patients access care remotely.
