Bizmatics’ EHR platform PrognoCIS worked with Upstate Concierge Medicine and payment partner Integrity Payment Systems to solve a key barrier to telemedicine adoption: Upstate needed a secure, recurring monthly payment system to move away from fee‑for‑service billing and let patients access care remotely. Without a built‑in subscription capability, Upstate couldn’t offer the on‑demand telemedicine access it provides to employees at some 90 client organizations.

Integrity implemented a secure, integrated monthly credit‑card billing solution through Upstate’s website, enabling subscription payments to be stored and processed for PrognoCIS users. The result: Upstate launched a scalable telemedicine subscription model that reduces in‑person encounters and costs, expands geographic reach and access, and creates new, sustainable revenue and care‑delivery options—demonstrating a successful innovation-driven partnership between Bizmatics and Integrity.
