ProGlove helps Gap Inc. Accelerate Omni-Channel Order Fulfillment

ProGlove partnered with GAP, a major retailer, to enhance operations within their distribution centers for omni-channel order fulfillment. The customer required a solution to improve the efficiency and ergonomics of their order picking process, which involved shipping 100 million parcels annually across seven distribution centers.

The solution implemented was the ProGlove MARK Basic scanner integrated with Insight Mobile software and their existing WMS/WES. This provided associates with a lighter, more intuitive wearable device. The results from ProGlove eliminated excess motion, reduced physical fatigue, and improved work quality, allowing associates to concentrate better and achieve quicker productivity.
