Copernicus Toruń, a four‑star recreation and conference hotel in the heart of Toruń, partnered with Profitroom to redesign its web presence and booking experience. The hotel’s brief was to drive more direct bookings (reducing reliance on OTAs), make packages and rooms clearer and comparable, highlight large events and the Sfera Restaurant, and showcase local attractions while ensuring a strong mobile experience.
Profitroom delivered an original, space‑themed website with a clear, intuitive UI, a persistent booking panel, transparent room/package presentation, modern navigation, and a fully responsive build (HTML5, CSS3, RWD). The new site improved visibility of the hotel’s key offers and mobile booking flow and was recognized with first place in the 2017 Summit Creative Awards for Travel/Tourism/Nature websites—an external validation of Profitroom’s impact.
