Taylor Forge Engineered Systems is a leading manufacturer of large steel fabricated products for the energy, chemical and aerospace industries, with equipment installed in over 30 countries. Facing fragmented data across separate MS Access databases for Sales, Purchasing and Production, Taylor Forge needed a centralized system to improve information access and interdepartmental communication. They selected ProfitKey and its RRM solution (with supporting modules) to address this challenge.

ProfitKey implemented the latest RRM to consolidate Sales, Purchasing and Production data into one centralized database and deployed RRM for Order Entry through Shipping and Invoicing, plus add-ons including 15 Rapid MES seats for attendance, DBAudit and a Payroll Interface with ABRA, with plans to expand MES labor data collection and the Quality Suite. As a result, ProfitKey’s solution gave all users access to more information, improved distribution of data and strengthened communication between departments regarding job-specific information.
