Training sessions of Profit.co helped easy OKR on boarding for Allied Modular

Allied Modular, a modular building manufacturer, renewed its OKR efforts in 2020 after an earlier, less successful attempt and needed stronger company-wide focus and alignment. To address this, Allied Modular chose Profit.co’s OKR software to help leadership set and track organizational and department-level goals.

Profit.co provided training and onboarding for the leadership team and enabled use of check-ins, reports and dashboards to monitor progress. As a result, Allied Modular reports improved focus and alignment, satisfaction with Profit.co’s responsive support, and plans to expand the platform company-wide and adopt Profit.co’s performance management module.
