A Profit.co Case Study
All India Football Federation (AIFF) faced difficulty turning long-term, four-year plans into aligned day-to-day work: goals were tracked in Word and Excel, reviews were infrequent, and clashing schedules undermined accountability and transparency. In 2020 AIFF chose to implement the OKR framework using Profit.co to improve alignment, regular check-ins, and clear ownership across the organization.
AIFF evaluated platforms and selected Profit.co for its features, UI, and agility, onboarding roughly 50–60 employees and training teams to use OKRs for planning and tracking. With Profit.co-driven OKRs they established regular reviews, improved transparency and accountability, launched AIFF TV in May (over 7 million impressions), organized on-field events in October 2020 despite the pandemic, rolled out digital programs, and united stakeholders under the “Indian Football Forward Together” campaign.
