Profit.co helps SunTech achieve alignment and transparency with OKRs

SunTec Business Solutions, a 30‑year global leader in relationship pricing and billing with offices in seven countries and headquarters in Thiruvananthapuram, faced increasing complexity from using the Balanced Scorecard and an unscalable OKR rollout that relied on PowerPoint, spreadsheets, and Word. To gain alignment, transparency, and agility they selected Profit.co’s OKR platform to replace manual tracking and better execute their strategy.

After evaluating seven OKR SaaS vendors, SunTec partnered with Profit.co and rolled the platform out globally in Q2 2020, using a phased deployment across all departments and roughly 650 employees (leaders onboarded first). Profit.co’s consultative, user‑friendly, and customizable solution improved alignment and execution, helped SunTec implement OKRs during the COVID‑19 disruptions, and is expected to deliver a return on investment within six months of the full rollout.
