Phoenix Rescue Mission - Customer Case Study

Phoenix Rescue Mission, a Phoenix-based nonprofit serving people experiencing homelessness, hunger, addiction and trauma, needed a better way to translate strategy into day-to-day work. Facing departmental silos, poor cross-team communication and unclear priorities, the organization adopted the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework and selected Profit.co as their OKR software provider to gain transparency, alignment and a user-friendly, customizable platform.

Using Profit.co’s OKR management tool (with consultant support and three hands-on onboarding sessions), Phoenix Rescue Mission rolled out OKRs across management and began expanding to 25–30 departments in the platform.
