LightEdge Solution’s Transformative Journey of Expansion and Integration with Profit.co’s OKR Framework

LightEdge Solutions, a tech company with more than 25 years of experience in enterprise data center and private cloud services, needed a better way to align teams as it expanded into new markets and acquired additional companies. The company wanted greater visibility, stronger cross-department collaboration, and a consistent way to keep leadership and employees pulling toward the same priorities. To support this shift, LightEdge implemented Profit.co’s OKR framework.

With guidance from external coaching and the ready-to-use templates and reporting capabilities in Profit.co, LightEdge rolled out OKRs across leadership and departments, improving transparency and alignment quarter by quarter. The company says OKRs have helped it establish benchmarks beyond sales and revenue, integrate different acquired subcultures, and improve adoption over time. Profit.co also made it easier to generate reports, dashboards, and share progress, supporting LightEdge’s plans to scale OKRs from about 20–25 users to as many as 150.
