SUSE, a leading global independent open source provider of software-defined infrastructure and application delivery solutions, needed greater visibility into operational plans and performance and a way to connect those plans to its 3-year strategic plan. To address this challenge, SUSE worked with Profit& using Anaplan as the connected planning platform.

Profit& implemented Anaplan first for SUSE’s 3-year strategic business plan and then began expanding into sales and revenue forecasting integrated with Salesforce.com, with plans to move more detailed planning and performance management processes into the platform. Profit& delivered the initial 3-year plan model in just 6 weeks, enabling a driver-based plan that can be refreshed easily with new data and improving forecast efficiency and accuracy.
