How Profi Helps Taopatch Deliver Their Patented Medical Device at Scale With Courses, Forms and Sessions

Taopatch, a wellness product company, faced the challenge of onboarding new customers for their wearable nanotechnology device, which required significant initial hand-holding. They could not find a suitable solution on the market to automate and scale this process. They turned to the vendor, Profi, and utilized its Profi Solo software solution to address this need.

Using the Profi platform, Taopatch built three distinct automated courses and programs to serve different customer segments. The solution included intake forms, drip-fed content delivered at specific intervals, progress check-ins, and the ability for customers to schedule one-on-one support sessions. This allowed them to deliver the right onboarding content at the right time. As a result, Profi helped Taopatch scale their operations, with a couple hundred customers signed up on the platform and reported high levels of satisfaction from both the company and its users.
