How NCC leveraged the power of ProEst Cloud

Neagley & Chase, an award‑winning commercial contractor based in South Burlington, Vermont, runs a 40‑person operation that prepares roughly 100 estimates a year and generates about $30M in annual revenue. Faced with an outdated on‑premise estimating system that hindered flexibility, remote work, and integration with their existing Procore project management tools, Neagley & Chase sought a cloud solution to support frequent, iterative “work in progress” estimates across multi‑million‑dollar projects — and in 2019 they selected ProEst Cloud.

ProEst implemented its cloud‑based estimating platform and worked on ProEst/Procore integration early in 2020, enabling seamless online reviews, collaborative bid analysis, and uninterrupted technical support during the regional shutdown. The move to ProEst restored the company’s project pipeline and kept timelines on track by letting teams review estimates onscreen, support as many as half a dozen WIP estimates per job, and allow estimators to work remotely—sustaining Neagley & Chase’s capacity to manage $4–5M typical projects and continue producing ~100 estimates annually.
