OSHINO Electronics doubles operator engagement with Proekspert

Proekspert partnered with Oshino Electronics Estonia, a contract electronics manufacturer, to address a challenge in its production processes. The company sought to increase assembly efficiency and improve teamwork by moving away from manual, paper-based reporting and tracking on its shop floor.

Proekspert designed and developed a software tool called Yoshi, which integrated with existing systems to create a paperless, automated workflow for planning, operating, and reporting. The solution provided real-time performance monitoring and data visualization. As a result, Proekspert helped Oshino Electronics double operator engagement, significantly increase planning capabilities, and enable production managers to identify recurring errors more effectively.
