williams lea tag, a leading end-to-end global creative production and sourcing partner, needed to build a new cloud-based, omni-channel platform to transform how it collaborates with its B2B clients, partners, and suppliers. The challenge was to create a unified, data-driven experience for marketing campaign planning, sourcing, production, and logistics. PRODYNA was engaged to design and implement this solution.
PRODYNA created a bespoke platform on Liferay DXP and Liferay Commerce, integrated with Tableau analytics and hosted on a cloud-native AWS infrastructure with Elastic Kubernetes Service. The solution provided KPI dashboards, e-commerce functionality, and white-label capabilities, resulting in greater efficiency, clarity, and an intuitive user experience. This new Digital Interact™ (Di) product revolutionized client interaction for williams lea tag, enabling immediate user productivity and seamless collaboration.
