The NOW GmbH, a company coordinating funding programs for sustainable mobility, needed a digital platform to manage subsidy applications for e-charging stations. Their challenges included handling highly variable user traffic, seamlessly importing existing application data from a partner bank (KfW), and creating an extremely intuitive user interface to minimize support needs. PRODYNA was engaged to design and build this platform using a serverless AWS architecture.

PRODYNA delivered a serverless solution using AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, and Amazon Aurora Serverless, ensuring cost-effective scalability. They automated data import from KfW, implemented Infrastructure as Code with Terraform for reliable deployments, and focused heavily on UX/UI design for ease of use. The results included a highly available platform that scales automatically with user demand, significantly reduced manual effort for tasks like data anonymization, and an intuitive interface that minimized user support requests.
