Degussa Bank faced the challenge of bridging the gap between traditional in-person banking and modern online services, especially during the Covid pandemic. They sought to move beyond standard online banking to provide a personalized, immersive customer experience. To achieve this FinTech innovation, they partnered with PRODYNA for comprehensive development services including project management, architecture, and design.

PRODYNA developed a cloud-native Digital Bank-Shop, a virtual space where clients can interact with banking experts via video, phone, or chat. The solution, which includes an AI-powered chatbot and gamification elements, successfully redefined the client-bank relationship by making financial advice accessible and engaging from home. This innovation was recognized with the Best of Consulting Award 2023. As a result of PRODYNA's work, Degussa Bank now plans to offer this successful platform as a SaaS product to other companies.
