Vestiaire Collective, a certified B Corporation and the leading global marketplace for pre-loved fashion, needed to manage a massive, fast-changing inventory (3 million items, 20,000 new items daily) across many channels and countries while preserving a consistent customer experience. To solve this, Vestiaire Collective chose Productsup and its Productsup P2C platform to tackle fragmented feed operations and the operational complexity of multi-channel commerce.
Productsup’s P2C platform centralized feed management for paid search (shopping campaigns), social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok), retargeting and affiliate programs across 15 countries, enabling Vestiaire Collective to manage feeds in one place rather than per channel. As a result, Productsup helped Vestiaire Collective overcome “commerce anarchy,” streamline operations at scale, and ensure a more organized, consistent customer buying experience globally.
