How Hansgrohe leverages the Productsup Product-to-Consumer (P2C) platform to automate their product data distribution

Hansgrohe, a global manufacturer of sanitary fittings, needed a better way to centralize product data from PIM, DAM, and ERP systems and distribute it across many countries, languages, and channel-specific formats. Working with Productsup and its feed management and syndication platform, the company aimed to maintain premium brand consistency while meeting the varying technical and data-quality requirements of distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

Productsup helped Hansgrohe set up automated product data exports, quality checks, and channel-specific classifications, including formats such as ETIM, BMEcat, FAB-DIS, ARGE, BMDG, and 2ba. As a result, Hansgrohe has implemented 35 channel- and customer-specific exports in 11 languages, automated ETIM classification, and reduced new retailer export setup time from weeks or months to less than a day, while improving product data quality across more than 60 data feeds.
