Sprout Social used Productboard to address scattered product feedback coming in from PMs, sales, marketing, social, and trial users. The team needed a better way to centralize input, analyze what users were requesting, and make more informed feature prioritization decisions.

With Productboard’s Research board, Sprout Social consolidated user research and feedback in one place, routed incoming feedback to the right PMs, and used the User impact score to help decide what to build next. Productboard also made the roadmap more accessible for internal teams, and Arnita Curtis said the shared system saves hours of effort every day.
