Slite is a collaborative documentation startup (founded 2016) that needed a way to capture direct customer feedback, connect feature ideas to real conversations, and be transparent about its roadmap. Mike Bartlett, Head of Product, adopted Productboard — including its Intercom integration and Features board — to gain deeper customer insight and stop product decisions from being driven solely by internal opinion.
Using Productboard, Slite organized incoming requests, re-engaged customers for validation, and tied quantitative data to roadmap choices, which made prioritization and team buy-in much easier. Productboard’s tools helped Slite maintain a customer-centric focus while scaling — the company now serves 500+ teams and has grown its team from one to 14 — and enabled continual, transparent delivery of features customers actually want.
