Livestrom automates and simplifies product management tasks with Productboard

Livestorm, founded in 2016, builds next‑generation live video software used by thousands of companies. Robin Lambert, Livestorm’s co‑founder and sole product manager at the time, was overwhelmed managing design, prototyping, customer interviews, consolidating feedback, prioritizing features, and communicating the roadmap. To solve this, Livestorm adopted Productboard—using Productboard’s integrations, Insights inbox and feature board—to centralize feedback and product planning.

Productboard automated collection and classification of feedback from Intercom, email, NPS responses and the Productboard Portal (via native integrations and Zapier), created an NPS pipeline that captures scores/comments and triggers Intercom follow‑ups, and provided a single roadmap/dashboard showing tasks, releases, User Impact and Prioritization Scores, drivers and initiatives. The result: no more scattered follow‑ups, clearer company‑wide priorities across marketing, support and engineering, faster customer responses, and more time for Robin to focus on building the right product—Productboard has, in his words, “almost become a full‑time employee.”
