Kentico Cloud uses productboard to grow their headless CMS

Kentico used Productboard to support its move from product design into product management as it developed Kentico Cloud, a new kind of CMS for multiple content channels. The team needed a better way to organize early user research, customer journey maps, and MVP hypotheses after feedback was being tracked in separate Excel sheets and a lot of it was getting lost.

With Productboard, Kentico centralized feedback from Intercom, email, and user interviews, linked it to feature ideas, and used the Features board to organize user needs and priorities. Productboard helped the team review incoming feedback on an ongoing basis, plan three-month initiatives, and give designers and developers more context, improving empathy for customers and making the whole product team more goal-oriented.
