A Productboard Case Study
iAdvize, a full stack conversational marketing platform founded in 2010 and based in Europe, needed a simple way for everyone to see where the product was going and to understand how teams were building the product and why. With hundreds of colleagues contributing user feedback from 600 brands across 40 countries, the product team struggled to collect ideas, route them to the right product managers, and make roadmap decisions with enough context.
Using Productboard, iAdvize set up a shared repository for incoming feedback, linked requests to feature ideas, and used the Features board and Roadmap board to share product plans across the organization. The team used Productboard in weekly progress meetings and internal events to explain what they were building and why, helping bring Sales and Customer Success into the process and giving colleagues a clearer view of product strategy.
