Hypercare is an early-stage startup that builds real‑time care‑coordination tools for hospitals; CEO Albert Tai found clinicians frustrated by outdated workflows (pagers, fax, ad‑hoc messaging) and Hypercare struggled with fragmented product planning — tracking feedback and features across Excel and Google Docs forced Albert into weekly sprint planning and cost him an extra 1–2 hours per week. Productboard’s Features, Insights, and Roadmap boards gave Hypercare a single source of truth to collect customer feedback, prioritize features, and create tailored roadmaps for stakeholders.
