Barco’s ClickShare team needed a clearer way to explain why features were being developed and which customer requests were being prioritized as the product organization grew from 10 to more than 100 people over five years. The team had been using Jira and Confluence, but still lacked a clear trail connecting customer feedback from Sales and Customer Service to product decisions. They chose Productboard to bring more context and visibility to product management.
With Productboard, Barco’s product managers could trace each feature request back to the market insight that prompted it, share roadmaps with other teams, and give Sales and Customer Service visibility into priorities and timing. The team also used Productboard’s Portal to collect feedback on ClickShare Conference, and eight customers flagged a problem in an early version, helping the product team prioritize a fix.
