Autodesk’s Building & Infrastructure Design organization needed a better way to manage product work across 20 product lines. Static roadmap tools created limited visibility, misalignment, extra meetings, duplicated effort, and difficulty finding customer feedback from many channels.

Autodesk adopted Productboard as a centralized product management platform to connect feedback, roadmaps, and stakeholders in one place. The team onboarded 20 product teams in less than two months, and over a 90-day period saw 2,000+ roadmap views from 167 unique viewers and captured 2,000+ insights from Portals. Autodesk also used Productboard to improve executive alignment, reduce time spent reviewing feedback in multiple places, and support stronger collaboration with customers and engineering.
