PayFit adopted Productboard to replace a manual, disconnected product process that used Notion, Google Slides, Miro, JIRA, Slack, and other tools. Product managers were losing time moving from backlog to roadmap, cross-functional teams lacked alignment, and other departments could not tell when releases were coming because product information was hard to follow.
With Productboard, PayFit now works from shared real-time information to manage feedback, releases, sub-releases, and dependencies more transparently. The company says collaboration has improved across its nearly 1,000-person organization, engineers are more involved in roadmap discussions, and trust has returned between Product, Customer Success, and Sales.
