Bridge, led by CTO Forrest Blount, builds a complex immigration platform with more than 50 customizable workflows that must change quickly as government processes evolve. The result was fewer on-call incidents, faster and safer upgrades, and greater confidence in making large changes—such as a Rails 5 migration where ProdPerfect caught a serious autosave bug, and a later update of 75 Gems at once that would have been unimaginable before.
