ClickTime, the timesheet management software company, was struggling with scattered product information across Google Drive, paper notebooks, and JIRA, making it hard for teams to find details on features, research, and customer requests. The company needed a better way to surface product knowledge and improve visibility across product, engineering, sales, and support, so Barbara introduced ProdPad to centralize that work.
ProdPad helped ClickTime implement three layers of visibility: linking legacy documents into the product backlog, opening roadmaps to more teams, and routing customer feedback into Slack for company-wide discussion. As a result, teams could find answers faster without relying on Barbara, duplicate work was reduced, customer requests were easier to connect to roadmap items, and feedback started driving more proactive product conversations across the business.
