Blue Cable Networx secures 80,000-square-foot HQ with ProdataKey

Blue Cable Networx, a security integrator, was tasked with securing the new 80,000-square-foot corporate headquarters for a rapidly growing multi-level-marketing company. The customer's challenge was to replace a cumbersome key-based system with a scalable access control solution that was easy to manage for their hundreds of employees, providing detailed reporting and the ability to quickly add or deactivate users. ProdataKey's cloud-based access control system was installed, featuring hard-wired readers and door controllers across 22 doors. The solution provided the customer with effortless user management through groups, instant alerts for propped doors, and remote management capabilities via mobile phone. The results included a significant increase in administrative efficiency, with the IT manager becoming fully proficient in hours and able to instantly deactivate lost cards and unlock doors remotely. The customer was so satisfied with the outcome that they are planning to expand the ProdataKey system to a new building with an additional 50-60 doors.
