Case Study: Toronto Zenith achieves larger contract sizes and tighter financial control with Procurify

A Procurify Case Study

Preview of the Toronto Zenith Case Study

How Toronto Zenith Increased Contract Sizes Through Stronger Procurement Processes

Toronto Zenith is a mid-sized civil infrastructure contractor founded in 1959 that builds roads, bridges and rail in Ontario. Rapid growth—managing many job sites and thousands of monthly purchasing transactions—exposed weaknesses in its paper-based PO process: lost paperwork, limited visibility for project managers, slow approvals and weak financial controls that risked the company’s ability to scale and bid on larger projects.

Toronto Zenith deployed Procurify in a phased rollout (including a custom integration with its Jonas accounting system) to digitize POs, automate approvals and give field teams an easy mobile workflow. The result: stronger financial controls and faster month-end closes, searchable pricing history, streamlined record-keeping (7,000 invoices / 25,000 line items handled without new admin hires), reclaimed storage space—and the operational capacity to win and execute larger, more complex contracts.
