The National Fireplace Institute (NFI), a provider of education and professional certifications for fireplace installers, was transitioning from in-person testing to online exams. To solve this, they turned to the vendor ProctorFree and its online proctoring service.

Since implementing the solution in 2018, NFI now proctors hundreds of exams annually with ProctorFree.
