A Procore Case Study
UrbanCore Construction, a Richmond, VA–based developer and builder with about $11M in annual construction volume, needed to integrate its Sage 100 Contractor accounting system with Procore’s project management platform. Before the integration the team had to double-enter direct costs, budgets, and change orders into both systems, reconcile monthly (about 1.5 hours per project), and wait until mid-month financial close for accurate job costs—hindering forecasting and creating risk of missed billable costs.
Implementing Procore’s Sage 100 Contractor connector (built with hh2 Cloud Services) automated data syncing between field and office, eliminating double entry and reducing errors. The integration saved each accounting team member roughly 5 hours per week (project teams about 3 hours), provided real-time job cost and profit visibility for better forecasting, eliminated trailing non-billable costs, and improved cash flow.
